MCI is seeking bilingual agents to provide customer support during data breach communications. This remote, temporary role is activated based on data breach events and business needs. You will support customers with inquiries, using your service skills and account management systems to address issues and maintain a positive experience.
Candidates accepted for this role will be emailed and texted as needed. Shifts are 8:00 AM–10:00 PM Mon–Fri and 10:00 AM–7:00 PM Sat–Sun.
