MCI is seeking bilingual customer support agents to respond to data breach communications. This remote, temporary position is activated as needed. You will assist customers with inquiries, apply your service skills, and help ensure a positive experience during sensitive situations.
Shifts run 8:00 AM–10:00 PM Mon–Fri and 10:00 AM–7:00 PM Sat–Sun, with email/text notifications for opportunities. Ideal candidates are fluent in English and Spanish, 18+, with strong organizational and communication
