MCI is seeking bilingual agents to provide customer support in response to data breach communications. This temporary, remote position is activated based on events and business needs.
You will assist customers with inquiries, using your service skills and accounts systems to address issues and deliver a positive experience during sensitive situations. Shifts vary, with hours 8:00 AM–10:00 PM Mon–Fri and 10:00 AM–7:00 PM on weekends.
