As part of Abb Vie’s Linguistic Services team, you will translate from English to French across various specialized documents, ensuring accuracy and consistency. This remote position requires you to revise translations, manage requests, and support departmental planning tasks, while actively collaborating with internal clients and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Translate diverse medical, pharmaceutical, and media texts
• Revise translations for consistency and accuracy
• Plan and prioritize translation and revision requests
• Advise internal clients on optimized translated material
• Participate in developing glossaries and style guides
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in English-to-French translation
• Minimum ten years of translation experience
• Five years in comparative English-to-French revision
• Proficiency in relevant health industry terminology
• Advanced French with strong English comprehension
