MCI is seeking bilingual agents to provide customer support in response to data breach communications. This is a temporary, remote position activated by data breach events and business needs.
You will assist customers with inquiries, apply your service skills and systems to resolve issues, and help create a positive experience during sensitive situations. Shifts run 8:00 AM–10:00 PM Mon–Fri and 10:00 AM–7:00 PM Sat–Sun.
