CAI is seeking a bilingual English/Turkish Service Desk Analyst for a part-time, remote role. You’ll provide Level 1 IT support to English and Turkish-speaking users and handle tickets via phone, email, or chat, primarily overnight EST shifts.
You’ll troubleshoot hardware and software, document issues, and escalate when needed, while delivering strong customer service and accurate issue resolution.
