Remote Bilingual Patient Care Representative

Join emergiTEL as a remote Bilingual Patient Care Representative. This fully remote role requires fluency in English and French while assisting patients through inbound calls and administrative tasks.

emergiTEL is looking for five bilingual representatives to support two teams: the Patient Majority Team and the Veteran Team. Individuals will answer calls, provide product information, and manage documentation effectively. This position, scheduled to start on November 16, 2026, offers 40 hours per week with potential for extension or conversion to permanent employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound patient calls in English and French

• Provide accurate product information to callers

• Complete data entry and administrative tasks

• Document interactions and follow-up actions

• Refer escalations to the Team Lead or Manager

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and French

• Experience in medical administration or call center

• Ability to handle sensitive conversations
