Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming support tickets promptly and professionally

• Communicate effectively with patients and stakeholders via phone

• Maintain friendly relations with Clinical team and clientele

• Document interactions and streamline patient experience

• Identify and flag recurring patient issues for resolution

Requirements:

• Fluency in Spanish and English, written and verbal

• 1+ years of customer service experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn

• High school diploma or equivalent
