Frontline Group is seeking a remote Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representative to help individuals access emergency shelter and resources from home. This mission-driven role supports people in need and requires reliable, flexible availability.
The position is full-time, temporary, with a $15.00/hour pay rate for bilingual Spanish speakers (W2). Start date is October 15, orientation and training are TBD, and weekend availability is expected.
