You will assist customers and sales teams by addressing technical issues, processing orders, and offering after-hours support on a rotating basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams

• Answer inbound calls regarding technical issues and complaints

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and French

• 1-3 years of relevant experience
