Elite Recovery Group LLC is seeking a bilingual debt collector for its remote collections team in the United States. This full-time role is 100% remote for Arizona residents, with hours Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM.
Compensation ranges from $20 to $22 per hour plus commissions, plus paid time off, sick time and holidays. Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, negotiating settlements, keeping accurate notes, and meeting individual collection
