Bilingual Japanese Psychologist AI Model Training

Apply advanced psychology expertise and bilingual Japanese and English communication skills to help improve next-generation AI systems. This remote contract role focuses on evaluating psychological content, developing culturally appropriate materials, and providing expert feedback that supports accurate, ethical, and context-sensitive model training. Prior AI experience is not required.

• Analyze psychological case studies and related documentation, providing nuanced feedback and professional insights.
• Develop culturally sensitive psychological scenarios and materials in both Japanese and English for data enrichment and AI model training.
• Evaluate AI-generated psychological content for accuracy, ethical considerations, and alignment with established psychological best practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to contribute psychological perspectives and support solutions for diverse user needs.
• Document evaluation methods, processes, and findings clearly and systematically to support transparency and reproducibility.
• Interpret and refine psychological assessments across Japanese and English while maintaining conceptual, linguistic, and cultural fidelity.

• PhD in Psychology with demonstrated experience in both clinical and academic settings.
• Native or near-native fluency in Japanese and English, including the ability to work with complex psychological terminology in both languages.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with demonstrated ethical decision-making.
• Experience developing or evaluating psychological case studies and psychological assessments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly when conveying nuanced psychological concepts between Japanese and English.
• Familiarity with digital tools used for remote collaboration and documentation.
• Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and adaptability in multicultural environments.

Compensation ranges from $100 to $200 per hour.
