Help improve next-generation AI systems by producing precise, high-quality transcripts from real-world audio. This remote contract role focuses on Swiss German and English audio, with an emphasis on linguistic accuracy, contextual understanding, and consistent delivery.

• Transcribe Swiss German or English audio samples with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
• Follow project-specific guidelines and best practices to produce consistent, high-quality transcripts.
• Identify and annotate linguistic nuances, speaker changes, and contextual cues in audio data.
• Review and edit transcripts to ensure linguistic and grammatical precision.
• Work with project managers and fellow experts to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities.
• Provide feedback that improves transcription processes and quality standards.
• Complete assignments within agreed timelines and project specifications.

• Native Swiss German proficiency, including strong understanding of regional accents and dialects.
• Professional-level audio transcription experience, ideally with Swiss German or multilingual content.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a consistent ability to deliver error-free transcripts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and commitment to clear, accurate language.
• Ability to work independently in a remote digital environment while managing time and deliverables effectively.
• Experience handling confidential audio with discretion and professionalism.
• Familiarity with AI training, linguistic annotation, or machine learning projects is a plus.
