Technical Customer Success Manager, API; Fully Remote

• Lead customer onboarding and implementation for Media API customers from kickoff to go-live.
• Guide customers in translating business requirements into effective technical API workflows.
• Troubleshoot API-related issues and coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams.

• Manage a portfolio of API customers, monitoring adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
• Support integration partners and conduct regular reviews of business objectives and performance.
• Create documentation, playbooks, and reusable resources to scale the support experience.

• At least 2 years in Customer Success, Implementation, Solutions Engineering, or a similar technical role.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, and integration workflows.
• Strong communication, project management, and customer-centric problem-solving skills.
