Remote Spanish-Speaking Onboarding Manager
Roofr is seeking a Spanish-speaking Onboarding Manager to own the critical window from signing to live rollout. You will onboard hundreds of new customers each month across multiple products, guiding them from Account Setup through to handoff to Customer Success.
You will deliver live trainings and group webinars, work cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Product, and CS to surface friction and ensure successful adoption. Remote-first role in Canada.
