Eolas is seeking a Customer Training Manager to own and scale customer education for our risk management platform. This remote role requires you to be located in Florida or Georgia and to deliver training in English and Spanish, guiding customers through 101 and 201 programs for Assess and Protect.
You will design scalable training processes, create articles and videos, and partner with onboarding to ensure timely implementations across multiple properties.
