- Primary escalation point bridging Support and Engineering.
- Resolve customer inquiries via email and video conferencing.
- Collaborate with CS, Implementation, and Sales; troubleshoot and document root causes.
- Strong troubleshooting and deductive reasoning.
- Knowledge of networking, firewall, and VPN;
Windows/macOS comfort. - Excellent communication; CCaaS/VoIP or Data Dog a plus.
