Mercor is seeking experienced lawyers fluent in Mandarin Chinese to train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional tasks. You will build work spaces with case files, draft Mandarin requests grounded in local practice, and define grading criteria to ensure high standards.
You will review AI work, spot errors and correct them, contributing to robust agent training. The role is remote, part-time, roughly 21 hours per week, with an Oct 23–Nov 19 pilot period.
