A contract opportunity is available for an experienced educational Sign Language Interpreter specializing in telehealth services. This role supports communication access for students within a school setting, ensuring effective and accurate interpretation during remote learning sessions and other educational activities.
Location:

- Provide clear and accurate sign language interpretation services during telehealth educational sessions.
- Facilitate effective communication between students with hearing impairments and educators or other school personnel.
- Adhere to confidentiality and professional ethical standards while supporting students’ learning experiences.
- Collaborate with educators to ensure accessible and inclusive instruction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of sign language interpreting best practices and educational terminology.
- Proven experience as a Sign Language Interpreter, particularly in educational or telehealth environments.
- Strong proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) with the ability to interpret complex academic content.
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual communication technologies.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
