Idea Tek is seeking a Bilingual Internet Support Specialist to assist customers with wireless, fiber internet, and phone services. You will provide empathetic, patient service and troubleshoot issues to deliver timely resolutions.
The role is remote for candidates in Kansas, Arizona, Tennessee, Oklahoma or Missouri, with training Monday–Friday during 8am–5pm and regular shifts thereafter. Fluent in Spanish and English and strong communication are required.
