Johnson Service Group (JSG) seeks a Member Services Navigator for a Health Plan in California. The role requires bilingual ability in Spanish, Tagalog, Cantonese, or Mandarin and is a remote position with a Monday–Friday 11:30am–8pm schedule.
Base pay range is $26.50–$33.50 per hour, DOE. The primary duties include assisting Care Advantage members with plan benefits, answering questions about health and prescription drug benefits, and making welcome calls to new members.
