Position: Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (English/Spanish) |  | Remote

NTR's Dream Team Awaits!

Are You Ready to Make a Difference in Two Languages While Having Fun Along the Way?

At National Tele Therapy Resources (NTR), we believe therapy should be two things: effective AND enjoyable!

Since 2016, our therapist-owned company has been making virtual speech therapy something students AND providers actually look forward to (yes, really!).

We're looking for a passionate, experienced Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (English/Spanish) to join our California team! Advanced to near-native Spanish fluency is required, as this position involves providing comprehensive speech-language assessments and services to students from diverse linguistic backgrounds.

If you love helping students find their voices, value cultural and linguistic diversity, and believe therapy should be as rewarding for providers as it is for students, we'd love to meet you!

Why You'll Love Being Part of NTR's Dream Team
  • Work From Your California Home:
Enjoy the convenience of working remotely while making a meaningful difference in students' lives.
  • Real Work-Life Balance:
Need to walk your dog or catch your kid's soccer game? We get it! Flexibility is our middle name.
  • Be Part of Our Supportive Herd:
Like our mascot Link the elephant, we never forget that therapists need support too!
  • Make an Actual Difference:
Help English- and Spanish-speaking students develop the communication skills and confidence they need to succeed.
  • Your Bilingual Skills Matter:
Use your expertise to ensure students from diverse linguistic backgrounds receive appropriate, individualized assessments and services.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
  • Bilingual Assessment Expertise:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations in English and Spanish using culturally and linguistically appropriate assessment practices.
  • Therapeutic Excellence:
Deliver engaging, individualized virtual speech-language therapy services to students with diverse communication needs.
  • Bringing Your A-Game to IEPs:
Participate in virtual IEP meetings, collaborate with educational teams, and provide meaningful recommendations to support student success.
  • Supporting Spanish-Speaking Families:
Communicate confidently and professionally with Spanish-speaking students and families, explaining assessment results, recommendations, and student progress.
  • Providing Expert Guidance:
Collaborate with fellow SLPs and provide supervision or mentorship as assigned.
  • Documentation That Doesn't Make You Cry:
Maintain accurate assessments, progress reports, treatment plans and IEP documentation using systems designed with therapists in mind!
You're Our Ideal Candidate If:
  • You hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • You possess a valid California Speech-Language Pathologist license.
  • You hold your ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
  • You demonstrate advanced to near-native fluency in both English and Spanish (Required), including the ability to independently conduct clinical assessments, provide therapy, interpret findings, and communicate professionally in both languages.
  • Your Spanish proficiency extends beyond everyday conversation to include clinical terminology, language development, assessment administration and professional communication.
  • You understand how to distinguish language differences associated with bilingual development from speech-language disorders.
  • You have 3+ years of experience working with school-aged students, preferably in a school-based setting.
  • You're comfortable using technology and delivering services through a virtual platform.
  • You're a collaborative team player who enjoys working with educators, families and fellow therapists.
  • You're excited about mentoring others and helping them grow professionally.
  • You believe therapy can be both effective AND fun!
Please Note:

This position requires professional-level proficiency in Spanish. Conversational Spanish alone will not meet the requirements of this role. Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate their clinical communication skills in both English and Spanish during the selection process.

What We Offer
  • Competitive compensation that recognizes your specialized bilingual expertise.
  • The flexibility and convenience of working from home.
  • A supportive, therapist-owned company that understands what SLPs actually need.
  • Opportunities for professional growth collaboration and leadership.
  • A team that celebrates everything from student breakthroughs to finding the perfect parking spot.
  • The chance to be yourself in a company that values…
