• 3-7 years experience in Employment Law
• Plaintiff side Class Action
• PAGA
• Expertise in wage and hourly employment law regulations and compliance.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive legal research on employment law cases.
• Proven track record of achieving individual performance targets.
• Strong negotiation and mediation skills to represent clients effectively.
• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents related to wage disputes.
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships for satisfaction and retention.
