Recruiter contact:

• Contract Review and Negotiation:
  Reviews, drafts, and negotiates vendor contracts for the procurement of equipment, goods, and services across the company.
• Contract Lifecycle Management:
  Administers and maintains the company’s contract management system, ensuring proper internal review and approval.
• Legal Counsel and Compliance:
  Provides legal advice and guidance on statutory, regulatory, and contractual matters.
• Risk Identification and Mitigation:
  Identifies potential business and legal risks in vendor contracts and collaborates with stakeholders to develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited college or university.
• Active license to practice law in the State of Tennessee.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in contract law, procurement law, or related transactional legal work.
• Demonstrated proficiency in contract drafting, negotiation, and risk analysis.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work collaboratively, and perform effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
• Must live in the Nashville area. You will work three (3) days in the office, with the option to work from home the other two (2).
