• General liability defense
• Professional liability and fee disputes
• Breach of contract
• Business torts and corporate governance
• Collections

• Will contests
• Breach of fiduciary duty claims
• Conservatorships

• Draft and argue motions (dispositive and non‑dispositive)
• Manage written discovery and take/defend depositions
• Litigate cases through trial
• Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel with clarity and professionalism

• Experience:
  
  3+ years of litigation practice (civil and/or probate). Comfortable with discovery, depositions, motion practice, and case strategy.
• License/
  
  Education:
  
  J.D. and active California bar membership.
• Skills:
  Excellent research and writing, practical judgment, and courtroom presence. Strong organization—think clean files, crisp timelines, and no missed deadlines.
• Mindset:
  Curious, collaborative, and calm under pressure. You like building systems, spotting edge cases, and shipping high‑quality work.

Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. We offer a base salary of $150,000 based on 1,750 minimum billable hours, and you can earn fixed bonuses for hitting additional billing milestones above the minimum.
