The Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer to establish and grow the firm's residential property team in Chatham.

You will handle a varied and high-quality caseload, including:
Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, New build transactions, Ownership transfers and lease extensions, Re-mortgages and equity release, Help-to-buy and shared ownership transactions, Residential lettings for landlords and tenants, Plot sales and investment purchases.

Beyond managing cases, you will play a pivotal role in business development and marketing initiatives to strengthen the firm's market presence in Chatham. This position offers autonomy and a clear path for professional growth.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified Residential Property Lawyer (Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer) with 5+ years PQE.
  Strong technical expertise across the full conveyancing lifecycle.
