Help Immigration Attorney with complex immigration and visa cases for Clients, many from Dom Rep, requiring at least one year of excellent immigration experience in family, business, asylum and removal matters; must be able to work independently and with Clients, preparing applications and petitions and interact with USCIS, DOS, Asylum and Immigration Courts; must communicate excellently writing and speaking, and since remote need detail and fact excellence;
looking for best able to lead and act in each matter critical to client and best result; 28-36 hours, flexible as to schedule; $35 to $45 an hour at start; prefer from New Jersey/New York area; please send resume with what you need and when you can start
