Serve as witnesses for various legal documents, verifying the identities of signing parties and witnessing their signatures to ensure document authenticity and validity. Travel to clients' locations—including homes, offices, hospitals, or other designated places—to facilitate notarization for a range of documents such as real estate transactions, wills, powers of attorney, and loan agreements. Verify identities and certify documents in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent.
• Notary Public commission.
• Legal knowledge, witnessing experience, mobile notary training, communication skills, and professionalism is essential.

• Previous experience working in legal, administrative, or customer service roles.
• Proficiency in multiple languages (bilingual or multilingual).
• Mastery of technology platforms used for mobile notarization and document management.
• Background in law, paralegal studies, or related fields.
• Good reviews and positive references from previous clients.

High‑speed Internet connection. Dependable computer with camera and microphone. Home office set‑up. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.

$125.00–$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
