About the Firm

A well-respected boutique law firm in the Oakland Hills is seeking a skilled and motivated Family Law Associate Attorney to join its close-knit, high-performing team. This firm is known for delivering top-tier legal services in a collaborative and supportive environment, focusing exclusively on family law matters.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience practising family law
• Strong skills in litigation, legal writing, client communication, and case strategy
• Admission to the California State Bar
• Professional, proactive, and organised with a client-first approach

What We Offer

• Billable Requirement: 1,200 hours/year
• Discretionary year-end bonus
• 30% of collected fees for all billable hours above 1,200 (paid at year-end)
• Employer-covered top-tier Medical, Dental, and Vision (Kaiser)
• 401(k) with 4% employer match (eligible from Day 1, matched after 1 year)
• 3 to 5 weeks of PTO based on experience
