Join Kubota & Basol LLP. We are looking for patent attorneys or agents who can immediately contribute to a new, growing 5G standards practice. The role requires registration with the USPTO and a minimum of two years of full‑time experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications as outside counsel, directed to 4G, 5G, and 6G technical submissions to the 3

GPP Communication Standards Organization. Experience preparing claim charts that map claims to the 3

GPP Communication Standards is also required.

• Draft and prosecute patent applications related to 4G, 5G, and 6G technical submissions.
• Prepare claim charts that map claims to the 3

• Provide strategic counsel to clients on patent strategy and best practices.

• USPTO registration required.
• Minimum 2 years of full‑time experience in patent drafting and prosecution.
• Proficient with 3
  
  GPP technical standards and claim chart preparation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Salary: $100,000 – $160,000 per year. Remote, with preference for proximity to Los Angeles or Northern Virginia offices. Full‑time, entry level.
