Essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents for second‑level review by the supervising attorney
• Organizing case files, tracking legal deadlines, and coordinating with paralegals and legal assistants on case logistics
• Shadowing a senior or supervising attorney for appearances in mediation, court, and sheriff’s sales
• Assisting in preparation in advance of appearances
• Collaborating with members of the state team
• Actively participating in weekly state meetings
• Engaging with the supervising attorney in a one‑on‑one weekly meeting

• J.D., licensed in Ohio and in good standing in all jurisdictions
• Ability to work with others in a congenial, team‑oriented manner
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi‑task and adapt to continual change
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
