Foreclosure Attorney – Ohio
Essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents for second‑level review by the supervising attorney
- Organizing case files, tracking legal deadlines, and coordinating with paralegals and legal assistants on case logistics
- Shadowing a senior or supervising attorney for appearances in mediation, court, and sheriff’s sales
- Assisting in preparation in advance of appearances
- Collaborating with members of the state team
- Actively participating in weekly state meetings
- Engaging with the supervising attorney in a one‑on‑one weekly meeting
- J.D., licensed in Ohio and in good standing in all jurisdictions
- Ability to work with others in a congenial, team‑oriented manner
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi‑task and adapt to continual change
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
