. Founded nine years ago, we have grown into a team of over 30 legal experts in five offices covering EU, German, Swiss, and US law. To support our continued expansion in the DeFi, blockchain, and Web3 space, we seek junior and senior lawyers to join our team and help grow our established practice in this area.

• Advise DeFi innovators and Web3 companies: From the initial corporate structuring across various jurisdictions and regulatory advice to handling emergencies and ongoing support, you guide DeFi projects and Web3 companies through the legal jungle.
• Productization: You will improve and create new legal products such as DAO wrappers, SAFT agreements, MiCA white papers, and DeFi legal assessments.
• Policy work: You engage with regulators and industry organizations to enhance regulatory certainty and formulate policies that enable DeFi to prosper.
• Engage with the ecosystem: You will build relationships and thought leadership within the Swiss and European blockchain community, whether at events or through social media.

• Qualified lawyer in the EU or Switzerland with experience in financial market regulation.
• We’re looking for both junior and senior roles, so experience is a plus, but not a must.
• Fluency in English, German, and/or French is a plus.
• Tech‑curious mindset and a passion for blockchain technology.
• Growth mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit.
