Fast‑moving litigation firm growing from 5 to 55+ attorneys, built on grace, responsibility, and respect. We offer a collaborative, autonomous environment where attorneys manage their caseload remotely while remaining integral to a supportive team.

Trucking, automobile, and premises liability cases; representing insurance carriers and self‑insured transportation companies across Texas and beyond.

• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and inspections as needed.
• Maintain a manageable docket of 15–35 active files.
• Defend policyholders against liability claims (trucking/auto/premises).
• Maintain minimum 160 billable hours/month.

• Competitive salary:
  Up to $185,000.
• Discretionary year‑end bonus (recent examples: $10K–$15K+).
• 50% coverage of health, dental, and life insurance.
• 2% 401(k) match (eligible from second paycheck).
• 15 PTO days + up to 10 days for sick leave, bereavement, or jury duty.
• $500 annual CLE & state bar fee reimbursement.
