About the FirmFast‑moving litigation firm growing from 5 to 55+ attorneys, built on grace, responsibility, and respect. We offer a collaborative, autonomous environment where attorneys manage their caseload remotely while remaining integral to a supportive team.
Practice AreasTrucking, automobile, and premises liability cases; representing insurance carriers and self‑insured transportation companies across Texas and beyond.
Key Responsibilities- Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and inspections as needed.
- Maintain a manageable docket of 15–35 active files.
- Defend policyholders against liability claims (trucking/auto/premises).
- Maintain minimum 160 billable hours/month.
- Competitive salary:
Up to $185,000. - Discretionary year‑end bonus (recent examples: $10K–$15K+).
- 50% coverage of health, dental, and life insurance.
- 2% 401(k) match (eligible from second paycheck).
- 15 PTO days + up to 10 days for sick leave, bereavement, or jury duty.
- $500 annual CLE & state bar fee reimbursement.
- $50/month cell phone + fitness reimbursement (gym or Peloton).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
- Expertise in trucking, auto, or premises liability.
