Litigation and Insurance Coverage Associate

Gordon Tilden Thomas & Cordell LLP is hiring! We are seeking an associate with the following qualifications for either our Seattle or Spokane office:

Between two and six years of experience handling civil litigation; insurance coverage experience preferred but not required.

• A desire for a varied, high-quality complex civil litigation practice, including: business/commercial; high-stakes personal injury; insurance coverage; and trusts & estates
• Eagerness for hands‑on experience with immediate and increasing responsibility
• Strong academic background
• Strong writing, organizational, and interpersonal skills

We offer highly competitive salary and benefits, including:

• Base salary range: $135,000-$185,000 (depending on years of experience)
• Hours-based bonus: $10,000 for 1,600 hours; $20,000 for 1,700 hours; $35,000 for 1,800 hours
• Discretionary year-end bonus
