Position: Personal Injury Litigation Lawyer (Remote, $200k++)

Personal Injury Litigation Lawyer (Remote, $200k++)

LOCATION & REMOTE: Full-remote for the right candidate for Ontario. Some travel to Toronto and Ottawa may be necessary.

COMPENSATION: Base pay range: CA $100,000 - CA $140,000 per year. Eligible for profit share and unlimited earnings over $200,000 per year.

OPPORTUNITY: Auger Hollingsworth Accident & Injury Lawyers seek a seasoned Personal Injury Litigation Lawyer with at least 3 years of plaintiff experience to full case management from inception to conclusion, on a contingency results‑based model.

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 3 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience; must be able to "own results" in a contingency results-based practice and measure, track, and report case progress and settlements.

  • Work independently with your own law clerk/paralegal to prosecute all plaintiffs’ cases in a timely manner and to achieve a fair, reasonable and timely resolution.
  • Meet with clients and build cases from inception/pre-litigation through to discovery, mediation, pre-trial and trial.
  • Plan all cases each quarter forward to ensure that cases will be ready for resolution.
  • Maintain a weekly target of fair and reasonable settlements to ensure clients are receiving excellent results and the firm is generating regular revenue.
  • Must understand and appreciate the importance of advancing all cases forward on a weekly basis to achieve fair settlements for all clients.
  • Collaborate with other associate lawyers and firm owners on case development and strategies.
  • Be continually engaged in continuing legal education, reading case law, attending legal conferences and otherwise learning how to improve your litigation knowledge and skills.
    • Only "A Players" who understand that to be a top litigator lawyer one must work long hours, continually learn and go the extra mile at all times.
    • Your actions must align with your words. Do what you say.
    • Organization and Planning:
      Plan, organize and schedule future litigation events to ensure cases move toward resolution on a weekly/quarterly basis.
    • Strategic Executor of all litigation skills including client management, prepare for and attend discovery, mediation, pre‑trial and trial.
