We are seeking an experienced attorney to support our Litigation Team, based remotely from Macon, GA. Desired candidates have 3–4 years of practice experience, are licensed to practice law in Georgia, and are interested in hands‑on experience across all phases of civil litigation from case inception to trial, including direct client contact.

• Assess new files to establish action plans, budgets, and recommendations.
• Identify pleading requirements and delegate tasks to paralegals as needed.
• Prepare discovery responses and manage document production.
• Attend depositions, hearings, and other discovery events, providing thorough reports.
• Negotiate settlements, secure authority, and prepare for trial as necessary.
• Maintain regular communication with paralegals and legal assistants.

• Education: Juris Doctorate required.
• Experience: 3–4 years of practice, with prior insurance defense experience encouraged.
• Licenses: Active Georgia Bar required.
