• Oversee personal injury litigation cases involving automobile, trucking, premises, and daycare from inception to resolution;
• Prepare and handle discovery requests efficiently;
• Draft complaints and file necessary legal documents;
• Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, mediations, and trials; and
• Create detailed medical chronologies.

• Must have extensive experience in managing personal injury litigation cases specifically related to automobile, trucking, premises, and daycare incidents.
• Proficient in electronically filing case documents in both Federal and State Courts.
• Skilled in drafting pleadings, discovery responses, and maintaining effective client communications.
• Must be based in Georgia for consideration.
