Attorney Total Rewards:

• Job Salary Range: $91,080 - $198,720 annually
• Guaranteed quarterly bonus when meeting or exceeding goals

What you bring to the table:

• 3+ years in family law
• Licensed in Oregon and in good standing with the OR State Bar Association
• Self‑directed, strong accountability for hitting deadlines and achieving results
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong skills in problem solving, analytics, and negotiation
