Elevate is recruiting a Junior Commercial Attorney for a temporary remote position for our Centre of excellence in Cracow, Poland.

This role will give you the opportunity to work in a dynamic and highly professional environment, working directly with a diverse and wide range of stakeholders to deliver innovative, holistic and commercial solutions.

This is a temporary role to support the project with a daily workload of 4–5 hours.

Please, be informed that only Poland-based candidates are considered for this role.

• Reviewing document bundles provided in electronic form by the client.
• Identifying relevant documents & removing irrelevant documents from the bundles.
• Raising & resolving issues within the bundles – e.g. missing & deficient documents.
• Managing the query escalation & response process with the client.
• Once document-level issues are resolved:
• Considering document bundle simplicity/complexity and designating whether the document bundle is suitable for AI-led or 'human' legal review; and
• Instructing the legal team to commence its review.
• Updating tracking platforms/spreadsheets showing status & progress in real-time.

• At least 6 months of legal experience in Banking & Finance, Commercial Contracting, Real Estate or Dispute Resolution within a law firm or in-house role.

• A passion for quality, including excellent attention to detail.
• A positive, collaborative, proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality of client service.
• Resilience under pressure and the desire to meet or exceed objectives and deadlines.
• Comfortable and capable of working proactively in a global organisation.
• High levels of IT skills and competence.

• Law Degree or last year student.
• Working proficiency in English.
