We are a national network of experienced, high-level freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote on‑demand support for both short‑term and long‑term legal projects for our client law firms.
Due to increased demand,
we are now interviewing for a Washington State-based, experienced and dedicated Family Law Paralegal
, interested in 10 - 20 hours per week of remote work.
Business days/hours availability will be required to best collaborate with the firm team and to best serve clients.
Responsibilities Include:
- Draft and file legal documents
- Discovery support - responses, deficiency letters
- Temporary Orders
- Motions/proposed orders
- Child support docs
- Manage case calendars and deadlines
- Organize and maintain client files
- Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
- Provide general administrative support to attorneys
The pay rate for our paralegal opportunities starts at $30/hour.
