Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Portable Specialist in Notary Signings to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional notary services to our clients in various locations. As a Portable Specialist, you will travel to client sites to witness and authenticate signatures on a wide range of documents, including but not limited to real estate transactions, legal contracts, and financial agreements.

• Travel to client locations to perform notarial acts, including acknowledgments, jurats, and loan signings.
• Verify the identity of signers and ensure they are signing documents willingly and knowingly.
• Witness and authenticate signatures on various legal and financial documents.
• Maintain accurate records of notarial acts performed.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
• Adhere to all state‑specific notary laws and regulations.

• Certified Notary Public in good standing.
• Previous experience in notary signings preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations.
• Familiarity with notary laws and regulations in the state(s) of operation.
