Transactional Attorney – Arizona and Remote​/Hybrid

Fennemore, an AM Law 200 law firm, has an immediate need for an experienced attorney to join its growing agribusiness transactional practice. The individual who fills this position must be bilingual in English and Spanish, as this position includes serving clients with cross-border business transactions in the United States and Mexico. Candidates should have at least four years’ experience in business transactions, and more experienced practitioners are strongly encouraged to apply.

Agribusiness experience is not required.

Candidates need not reside in or near Nogales, Arizona and may work remotely. Occasional travel by remote candidates to Nogles, Arizona is required.

This is an exciting opportunity for motivated candidates with a commitment to providing excellent legal services to grow a well-established and thriving practice. Excellent professional credentials and client service capabilities are required. This is a position for a team player who brings experience in these areas and has excellent analytical, negotiating and drafting skills. State Bar Membership in Arizona, or ability to obtain admission in Arizona within a year of hiring, required.
