As a Family Law Associate at Family First Legal Group, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, and domestic violence cases. You will be responsible for managing your caseload, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, representing clients in court, and providing compassionate counsel to clients throughout their legal journey.

Location:

This is a in-person or hybrid position at our Naples, FL office location or the opportunity to be fully remote position for the right candidate. For the benefit of working hybrid you must have experience. Availability to work hybrid will be available upon completion of initial training. Travel is always required for in-person Client meetings as well as travel to in-person court events.

We are seeking a full-time, well-rounded, experienced Family Law Attorney.A minimum of 2+ years’ experience in Family Law and license to practice in Florida is required for this position.

Your passion for family law should be complemented by a deep understanding of the law and demonstrated compassion and empathy for Clients. The right candidate for this position should exhibit the following: ability to work independently, strong litigation and courtroom experience, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, excellent legal research, writing and analytical skills, ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively, collaborate with attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies and be a team player.
