We are excited to be on the hunt for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Legal Counsel.

In this role, you will draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts while advising internal teams on corporate, employment, and data protection matters across multiple jurisdictions. You will also monitor regulatory developments, support M&A and restructuring projects, protect the brand online, and collaborate with external counsel to ensure the business meets all legal and compliance requirements.

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including service agreements, marketing agreements, partnerships, NDA, and asset purchase agreements.
• Advise on corporate matters in a multi‑jurisdictional environment, including commercial law, employment law, and data protection/privacy compliance.
• Research and monitor regulatory developments across multiple jurisdictions, advising or training stakeholders on the required business changes.
• Support corporate, M&A, and restructuring projects, including due diligence, corporate authorisations, transaction execution, and post‑completion activities.
• Support brand protection efforts through online monitoring and coordination of DMCA takedowns.
• Liaise with external counsel on legal matters and provide proactive support to internal teams and business stakeholders.

• Degree in Law (EU/UK).
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in iGaming, affiliate marketing, and/or crypto, with a strong background in contract negotiation and regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and contract law; experience in employment law and data protection is considered an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and provide pragmatic, business‑focused legal advice.
• Detail‑oriented, well‑organised, and able to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously, demonstrating strong ownership and work ethic.
• Collaborative team player who can operate autonomously when required, with a positive attitude and a solutions‑driven, creative approach to legal problem‑solving.
