- Draft legal documents for second‑level review by the supervising attorney
- Organize case files, track legal deadlines, and coordinate with paralegals and legal assistants on case logistics
- Shadow a senior or supervising attorney for appearances in mediation, court, and sheriff’s sales
- Assist in preparation in advance of appearances
- Collaborate with members of the state team
- Actively participate in weekly state meetings
- Engage with supervising attorney in a one‑on‑one weekly meeting
- J.D., licensed in Florida and in good standing in all jurisdictions
- Ability to work with others in a congenial and team‑oriented manner
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi‑task and be adaptable to continual change
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
