Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Personal Injury Defense attorney located in the Dallas‑Fort Worth Metroplex with flexibility for remote work. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing clients who have been sued for personal injury and will work directly with clients as well as outside counsel. Our areas of specialization include:

  • Transportation Liability
  • Auto Liability
  • Insurance Coverage/Bad Faith
  • Premises Liability
  • Construction Accidents and Defects
  • Commercial Litigation & Business Litigation

The successful candidate will manage a caseload from beginning to end and will be responsible for customizing legal solutions for clients.

Qualifications
  • A J.D. from an accredited law school and must be licensed to practice law in Texas
  • 7+ years of experience in Personal Injury litigation
  • Experience handling depositions, hearings, oral arguments, and trials
  • Ability to manage a caseload from beginning to end
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with outside counsel and clients
  • Excellent legal writing and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional client service
  • Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
