Position: Personal Injury Trial Attorney (Remote)

A leading San Gabriel Valley law firm is seeking an experienced personal injury attorney to add to their rock-star legal team. This law firm is committed to providing outstanding results and service to their communities and they pride themselves on being committed to providing services based on ethics and values. The attorney will be responsible for handling the case from filing the lawsuit to preparing the matter for trial and all litigation activities in between, with the opportunity for trial experience.

Qualifications
  • Juris Degree required.
  • Bi-lingual a plus.
  • Must be in good standing with the California Bar Association.
  • At least 5-8 years’ experience in Personal Injury litigation and a thorough knowledge of the California Discovery Act, including all aspects of discovery and law and motion, is required.
  • Working knowledge of Personal Injury laws and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Able to function with a high level of patience, tact, and diplomacy in handling negative or challenging situations.
  • Familiar with case management software, Microsoft Word Suite, Adobe Pro, and other legal technology.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications i.e., Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
