Fully remote position with base pay range of $160,000 - $220,000 per year.

Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth legal research to support case strategy and advocacy.
- Draft and refine motions, oppositions, appellate briefs, and legal memoranda with precision and persuasive clarity.
- Work closely with trial attorneys to craft compelling legal arguments tailored to each case.
- Stay abreast of evolving employment law precedents, legislative changes, and court rulings.
- Analyze case law, statutes, and regulations to strengthen and refine legal positions.
- Bar admission in California
- 4+ years of experience in legal research and writing with a strong focus on employment law
- Proven ability to draft high-impact legal briefs, dispositive motions, and appellate filings
- Exceptional analytical, research, and writing skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with litigation teams
