Remote - must live in California and open to traveling to court when needed.

- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials
- Take and defend depositions, conduct discovery, and prepare witnesses
- Draft, review, and argue motions and other legal documents
- Develop litigation strategy and provide sound legal counsel to clients
- Work collaboratively with clients, colleagues, and support staff to drive cases forward
- Manage all aspects of a litigation caseload from intake through resolution
- 5 to 15 years of experience in civil/business litigation
- Significant trial, deposition, and motion practice experience
- Strong analytical, legal research, and writing skills
- Excellent communication, case management, and client interaction abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active bar license in good standing in California preferred
