Commercial Litigation Attorney – High Profile Clients | Sports & Entertainment | Hybrid / Remote (LA/OC)

This role offers flexible billing rates up to $1.2k to support building your book. Salary up to $300k per year.

Base Pay Range
: $250,000 – $300,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate diverse caseloads in commercial litigation, including initial client consultation, case strategy, discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal.
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and briefs; conduct depositions; negotiate settlements.
• Develop creative litigation strategies aligning with client goals and achieve favorable outcomes.
• Maintain strong client relationships and collaborate with partners, associates, and support staff.

Qualifications:

• Experience in complex tort and commercial litigation; familiarity with media/sports entertainment cases.
• Strong advocacy and analytical skills, with proven track record in victories and settlement.
• Proficiency in case management and independent client advisement.
• Graduated from a top law school and experience at Big Law desirable.
